Delivery and Returns
We offer free delivery to mainland UK and Channel Islands on many items. Heavier parcels to Eire and the Channel Islands will be chargeable – we shall contact you with details after the order has been placed or please do get in touch beforehand with any questions on our Contact Us page
Worldwide delivery is available, please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with a quote
We aim to get your parcel to you as soon as possible – our items are mostly handmade and made to order so please allow time 2 – 4 working days for delivery unless the item(s) is already in stock. We will keep you informed of delivery timescales should the item not already be in stock
. If you require a more urgent delivery please let us know and we will do everything we can to help!
• Smaller, lighter parcels are delivered by Royal Mail
• Heavier parcels (over 2kgs) are delivered by courier DHL and will take 3 to 5 working days from order
• Large items ( over 60cm in length ) will be delivered by courier (normally DHL or DPD) and will be delivered within 3-5 working days from order
Our bench cushions are made to measure feather pads and can take 7-10 days if not already in stock. If the item is not already in stock we will email you with your estimated delivery date.
For ‘made to measure’ items please get in touch. We will advise delivery timescales upon initial enquiry.
Standard Sized Bench Cushions can take up to 5-7 working days from order. (49 x 19″, 40 x 15″, 28 x 12″ bench cushions)
Made to measure bench cushions (all other sizes) will be delivered within 7-14 working days – we aim to dispatch to you at the earliest convenience within this timescale. For urgent orders or enquiries please get in touch and we will try to assist you.
If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, please contact us in the first instance and we will try to resolve.
Returns can be organised via Royal Mail for smaller items or items below 2kgs ( Royal Mail Second Class for items between 1kg and 2kgs )
