DELIVERY

*COVID 19 UPDATE*

*We are taking online orders as normal  Due to Covid-19 Government restrictions and to keep our team and families safe our orders are taking longer than normal. Most items are sewn to order therefore current delivery timescales are 7-14 days.  We aim to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.

• Smaller, lighter parcels are delivered by Royal Mail
• Large and heavier parcels (over 2kgs) are delivered Next Day by courier DPD. Delivery updates are provided up to 1 hour of delivery

Our bench cushions are made to measure feather pads and can take 2-3 weeks if not already in stock. We will let you know if e=we are waiting for the arrival of any cushion pads and any delays with delivery. For ‘made to measure’ items please get in touch for a quotation. Prices are based on size, please feel free to send measurements and we will send some price details to you.

Made to measure bench cushions are currently taking around 3 weeks

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, please contact us in the first instance and we will try to resolve.

Returns can be organised via Royal Mail for smaller items or items below 2kgs ( Royal Mail Second Class for items between 1kg and 2kgs )

FAULTY ITEMS

We aim to produce and deliver items of the highest quality – if however you do find there is any fault, or need a replacement of an item due to a fault, we will replace the item (the same or similar) or refund in full
