The studio has been full of soft light lately — the kind that slows you down a little. I often switch to afternoon working in the Spring and Summer, mainly because of the light coming through at that time - I’ve been working with my hands more than usual: unrolling fabric bolts, cutting, pairing textures, and letting things unfold at their own pace.
There’s a rhythm to it. A kind of quiet repetition that I’ve grown to love — I love how all the fabrics blend with the workshop tones, nothing too bright, all soft and subtle
I’ve been sourcing natural materials for years now — linen, cotton, hemp — from places and people I trust. Every roll that arrives here has a past, and everything we make is meant to last. That’s what drives me: usefulness, beauty, longevity.
In a world moving fast, I’ve found comfort in finding and offering things that have a much longer life to them. There’s something deeply grounding about crafting something simple and real. Whether it’s a cushion or a curtain, I want it to feel quietly special — made with care, meant for keeping.
Thank you for being part of this story.
