We have a small sewing team and most of our products are make to order - please allow 4-7 working days for your order, some larger orders and products may take longer. 

We use Royal Mail Tracked and the Post Office for our smaller, lighter parcels, and Parcelforce 48 for larger/ heavier orders

Bespoke bench cushions may take 2-4 weeks from order

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us in the first instance and we will try to resolve.
Returns can be organised via the post office or courier, please use a tracked service to ensure your return arrives safely. A refund will be processed for unused items as soon as the return is received, funds can take 7-10 days to reach your payment account
