How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed simply by clicking the ‘add to cart’ link on the product photo or on the product description page

Can I place an order over the phone?

If you prefer to speak to somebody than order online please do get in touch, we would be happy to help.

 Cheques can also be used for payment – please be aware that delivery will take longer if payment made by cheque.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order ?

No, you can checkout as a guest! We’d love for you to register with us though so you can receive discounts and news alerts! Please use the our Contact Form (Provide link) to do this.

How do I pay for my order?

Order can be paid for using the ‘Paypal Express’ option – simply click the link. We also accept all major Credit or Debit cards. We like to provide a more personal service so are also able to accept cheques – please contact us if you would like to send a cheque and we can provide you with our delivery details. Please note delivery will be longer for cheque payments – please contact us if you need an urgent delivery.

Can I place an order from overseas?

We are not set up for International postage options on the website yet – (this is something we are looking at for the near future!) However if you would like to place an order from overseas please get in touch (Provide link) and we can provide you with a postage quote

How can I check my order status?

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 2-5 working days. We dispatch as soon as possible as we aim for you to receive your order ideally within 2-3 days

What is your Returns Policy?

We provide free UK delivery so unfortunately we don’t currently provide free returns. Returns can be sent to Maison Brocante Limited, 56 Ashfield Road, Nottingham, NG2 4LS
