Free standard UK delivery will be applied to all orders over £75 

Please note that your basket contents must amount to £75 in value once a discount code has been applied to qualify for free UK delivery

DELIVERY

We use the following services as standard - Royal Mail Tracked 48 & Parcelforce 48 

Our products are handmade from scratch and are make to order. We do keep some stocks however this stock is limited due to the number of sizes and designs available.

If in stock we will ship earlier, however please allow 10-14 working days as standard for make to order products 

Fabric and Samples - 3-5 working days 

Cushions, kitchen textiles and tablelinen - 10-14 working days

Bench Cushions & Custom - 14-21 working days

Fabric and Samples orders are normally dispatched within 2-3 working days 

Delivery Services

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Parcelforce 48 delivery services as standard to UK locations.

Due to the new General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), requiring businesses selling into the EU to provide a named point of contact for product safety in the EU, we regret that we are unable to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland at this time

Returns

We aim to make and deliver items of the highest quality – if, however you find there is any fault we will replace the item (the same or similar) or refund in full

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us in the first instance and we will do our best to help. We offer no quibble returns which can be organised via the post office or courier (Return address below) -  we recommend a tracked postal service wherever possible to ensure your return arrives safely.

A full refund for the goods will be processed for unused items as soon as the return is received, funds can take 3-7 days to reach your payment account
